Kitchen Lighting

 12 volt tilt halogen downlights in brushed chrome have been used for general lighting using a 60 degree 35 watt IRC Osram bulb.

The benches have been lit using the same lights but with a 35 watt IRC Osram bulb with a 24 degree beam width.  The lights over the benches have been placed so that the workspace does not have a shadow created by the user.

The indirect lighting above the cupboards is from surface mounted fluoro strip lighting.

The General lighting, bench lighting and strip lighting are on separate switches and they can be used in any combination to achieve a variety of effects.

We have a full range of kitchen and cabinet lighting from Hera Lighting.  These are high quality German made lights.  These are some examples of what is available.


These ARF under cabinet lights are unusual in that the recess does not penetrate the shelf.   These lights are available in 20 watt halogen or with LED
