The light is supplied with a PVC mounting canister. It can be mounted in fibreglass,existing concrete or new concrete pool walls. The light is held in the canister by two "o" rings eliminating the need for mounting screws. Up to 900mm of cable can be coiled inside the canister so that the light can be removed from the water to change lamps.
The pool light is machined from 9mm thick 316 grade stainless steel and has a tempered glass lens. It is supplied complete with the mounting canister ,6 meters of cable and a lamp. The light can take a maximum of one 70 watt MR16 12 volt lamp.
Stainless steel will eventually corrode, particularly if the pool chemicals are out of balance and heated sea water will also accelerate corrosion. Before installation check with your local electrical authority for pool zone installation regulations.
