Round 12v halogen tilt downlight
Round downlight that tilts 25 degrees. Made from die cast aluminium and 40mm high,rim diameter 95mm cutout 82mm.
Round downlight that can be tilted up to 25 degrees. The fitting is made from die cast aluminium. The more robust aluminium fittings are superior to the cheaper die cast zinc fittings which distort with the heat of the bulb.

This fitting requires 200mm clearance from any building element, but with a heat sink can fitted these clearances can be reduced to height 75mm side clearance 50mm. It is fitted into a round hole where the clips hold it firmly in place. The spring clips also make it simple to remove the light should this be required.
The fitting comes in white, cream or brushed chrome.
The strongest bulb that can be used with this light is a 50 watt halogen.(not included) The type of bulb is an MR16 which is widely used in domestic halogen lighting. The fitting will also take MR16 type LED bulbs.
The MR16 halogen bulbs need a transformer to reduce the mains voltage AC to 12 volts AC. For best results use a 60 watt transformer with each light.
