This series of lights mount inside a recessed plaster box which fits into a rectangular hole cut in the ceiling. The box is glued and plastered in place to leave a neat smooth finish.
The downlights fit inside the box and completely seal the opening so the ceiling has on openings into the roof space and the insulation is not disturbed, reducing heat loss into the ceiling space.
These also allow recessed downlights where there is limited height in the roof space.
The fitting can be supplied as a single 50 watt halogen or a double 50 watt halogen. The lights are fully adjustable in direction. They are
available in white or silver
The single fitting is 102mm square, the plaster box ha a cut out 190mm square and a height of 120mm.
The double fitting is 201mm x 102mm and 96mm deep. The double plaster box has a cut out 290 x 190 mm and is 190mm high
The lip sits on top of 13mm Gibraltar board and the gaps are plastered so that the box merges seamlessly into the ceiling.
