Compact Round Incandescent Downlight HLR610
This is a well made down light from the Halcyon Lighting range which has proved to be a reliable and trouble free light.
They are easy to install and are neat and effective. The light is inserted into a round hole cut in the ceiling and is held firmly in place by two spring clips. The clips allow the light to be removed easily if this is necessary.
The light can use energy saving fluorescent bulbs and if the Osram T3 lamp is used the bulb is not obtrusive. This will give 80% power saving for the same light as you would get from an incandescant bulb.
Cutout dia 104mm,height 140mm, rim dia 120mm. Uses Edison screw lamps of maximum 100watt or compact fluorescent lamp of 23watts.
The light has a number of options for rim and baffle colours. The light pictured is the copper version which an be used inside or outdoors.
The light needs a 25mm height clearance and 50mm side clearance from a building element.
These lights operate on the mains voltage and should be installed by a Registered Electrician.
